We have compiled information here to help ensure a comfortable stay at Tangaroa Estate. Please take a moment to read through it before your stay.
House Key

We will provide the check-in information and key details closer to the date.
Water

Water is corrected from the roof. Please be as conservative as possible - limit showers, use the half flush on the loo, if using washing machine or dishwasher, please ensure it is a full load.
We will always make sure there is enough water for your visit on the assumption that water conservation will be honoured. If you do run out of water, please contact us immediately, but note that it can take up to 48hrs in the height of summer to get a water tank filled.
In the event of a power cut, the water will stop running. It doesn't mean you have run out of water.
All water is filtered and safe to drink.

Power cuts are not uncommon on Waiheke. There are torches in the laundry cupboard. If you would like to check the status of the power cut, information can be obtained from Vector on 0508 832 867, or from their website.
If the power goes out, there will not be water supply to the house.
